For the fourth year in a row ALL ISC Bubble Blowout 3v3 tournament
registrations must be processed through our online system.
There are four steps that
each team must fulfill to properly register.
#1 Check to see if
your division is full.
Before you register your
team,
please check our age groups web page to see if your division is full.

#2 Click On the Link Below to Register Once You Have set your Roster
Please click on the link below and register your team
online.
You will note that you must enter a minimum of four players
before
the online registration process will allow you to finalize your
registration. Before you register, please make sure that you have
the correct birth dates for your four or five players that you
want to
register. If you enter the same birth date for all players, your
team not will not be accepted. You can register a maximum of five
players, but you
must enter at least four players for the online program to enter your
team into the system.
We strongly encourage you to check with your team members regarding
their availability before you include them on your roster. We
generally only allow one roster change per team. All roster
changes have to be approved by the tournament director, Jon Cook.
Furthermore, roster changes cannot be made online. You must
make your roster change request via e-mail to Jon Cook @
jon.cook@iowasoccerclub.com. Your roster change request is not
approved until you receive confirmation via e-mail from Jon Cook
stating that he has approved your roster change.
If you make more than one roster change request, your team may
lose your accepted spot in the age group. This policy is new as
of last year due to the fact that some teams with multiple requests in
the past had difficulty fielding full teams because they didn't really
have their roster figured out before a parent reserved a team spot
online. When that happened in the past, sometimes teams that
actually had their roster figured out and ready to go were left out of
the tournament because other teams paid and took spots that they
couldn't fill at tournament time.

We will only accept payment online. The system
will not allow
your team to register unless payment is made by a credit card.
The 2012 entry fee is $135.00 per team for all age groups.
#4 Each Parent Must
Fill out a Medical/Participation Waiver Online
All medical waivers need to be filled out online.
In
order for your
child to play every parent must fill out the medical waiver by clicking
on the the link below. For adult players in the men's open, we have a
separate waiver link. The waivers must be completed by Thursday,
January 5, 2012, if you want to avoid paying the $20.00 late fee for
filling out the waiver on Friday, January 6. If the waivers are
not completed online, by the end of the day on Friday, January 6, your
child will not be allowed to play in the tournament. You cannot
have your team
manager fill
this information out for your child. The team manager will
register the team and then they will instruct you to go to the link
below to fill out the medical waiver.
Any player failing to complete the online
waiver will NOT be allowed to play. We WILL NOT have medical waivers on
site at the tournament for parents to fill out prior to the start of
their child's game. Please forward the registration link to all
of your parents on your team to complete. I will send a complete
list of the players on all teams that have completed the
medical waiver to the team managers on Monday, January 2, 2012, via
e-mail. I will not send an update before Monday, January 2,
with the list of the players that have completed the online
waiver. However, you can check on your own prior to January 2, by
contacting your team members to see if they have filled out the
waiver. We send a confirmation e-mail out to each parent
that has completed the waiver. If you are unsure of whether or
not one of your team members has filled out the waiver, simply e-mail
them and have them forward the confirmation e-mail back to you.
To review, on Monday, January 2, we will send out the master list
of participants that have completed the ISC Bubble Blowout 2012
medical waiver. We will not send out that list before January 2.
The team manager for each 3v3 team will be responsible to
check our master list with your team roster to verify that all of your
players have their waiver completed. If one of your members of
your team has not completed the waiver, simply have them go online and
finish the waiver before the end of the day on Thursday, January 5, if
they want to avoid the late fee for filling the waiver out online.
We would greatly appreciate it if you do not request regular
updates regarding how many people still need to complete the medical
waivers. Once you see how many people still need to fill out
the waiver on Monday, January 2, your team members will have until
Thursday, January 5, 2012, to complete the waiver.
If the medical waiver is not filled out by 11:59 PM on Thursday,
January 5, 2012, we
will give parents a one day grace period to fill out the waiver online,
but a $20.00 fee will be assessed to those parents that fill the waiver
out online on Friday, January 6, 2012. By 11:59 PM on Friday,
January 6, 2012, the online
medical waiver will no longer be available at all. At this point
if the waiver has not been completed for the player in question, the
child or adult player will not be allowed to participate in the 2012
ISC Bubble Blowout.
Although this policy is strict in terms of requiring all waivers to be
completed prior to the start of the event, our process prevents the
need for team managers to bring player cards and state rosters at
check-in which makes team registration much simpler for the team
manager and it ensures us that we have followed the proper protocol for
protecting the players in our event.
